Stinging nettles are a super food, tremendous nourishing herb and an excellent ally in learning boundaries. In class, we will be working with dried and live plants in food recipes, remedies and a witchy ritual/craft.
This class is part 3 of the Winter Herbalism Apprenticeship, but can be taken as a single class.
