This is mentoring, not coaching. I hate the term “Life coaching” it’s lost its meaning like many other words in this field. Holistic, somatic, all buzzwords to get you to buy some session, or whatever. It might work but your left not feeling like it’s where you want to be.

I’m not here to tell you what to do or try to fix you. I meet you where you are and I walk beside you as you move toward the life you want and the person you’re becoming.

We work through mindset, emotional patterns, identity shifts and the real life changes that come with growth.

The in-between spaces where things feel uncertain, messy, or unclear…that’s where this work happens.

I bring my background in psychology, years of experience and a little bit (maybe a lot) of the woo-woo.
